ENTRY GUIDE

IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE AdPrint COMPETITION YOU SHOULD FOLLOW THE NEXT STEPS:

 

1. Create an account for your agency here, or login to your existing account.


2. Define the Creative Teams that will enter the AdPrint competition (click add Creative Team from your account )


3. Add the Print Campaigns and assign them to the Creative Teams already created (click add Print Campaign from your account)


4. Upload the works for your Print Campaigns. Please see the Eligibility and Rules and the Categories and Sections pages before uploading your works.


5. After you enter the Print Campaign, the entry will be verified and you will receive an e-mail for the next steps and the payment.


TIPS:

 

 

 

First you should define the Creative Teams from your agency that will enter the AdPrint competition and then proceed in submitting their Print Campaigns. You should know that when adding a Print Campaign you can only chose from the Creative Teams that are already defined. If you want to add a Print Campaign for a new Creative Team, you should first define the Creative Team.

A creative team may be formed of 3, maximum 5 people that have joined their efforts in creating the Print Campaign.  Make sure you write the correct credits for each work.

A Print Campaign may consist of 1 or more executions following the same concept, all realized by the members of the same creative team.

When creating a Print Campaign remember to choose first the category and, after that, the section best fits your entry.  You can enter a print campaign both in the AdPrint Outdoor & Poster Category and AdPrint Press & Magazine Category + one ore more sections of the AdPrint Best Use Of Category.

 

Technical details:

Remember to upload both a web image: .jpg, .png, .gif (RGB) - no more than 1MB and a print image: .tif, 300dpi, CMYK, longest side should have maximum 420mm.

 

Preferred browsers: Firefox, Safari and Chrome.
